WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Tadblu offers a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing and material defects.
Important Guidelines
Our jewelry should be handled with care. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Improper use or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Loss of the product or any of its parts
Additionally, Tadblu jewelry should not be exposed to chemicals, makeup, chlorinated water, hot tubs, saunas, or ultrasonic cleaners. Damage caused by these factors is not covered under the warranty.
Filling Chamber & Sealing
After filling, the chamber of Tadblu jewelry must be sealed with jewelry glue. This should be done by a specialist. Jewelry glue is available from Tadblu. Damage to the filling chamber or loss of the cap due to improper sealing or incorrect handling is not covered under the warranty.
Repairs Outside the Warranty
Damage that is not covered under the warranty can be repaired by Tadblu.
This is part of our customer service. Repair costs depend on the extent of the damage.
Care Advice
To avoid unnecessary wear, we recommend that you:
• Put on your jewelry in the morning and take it off in the evening
• Remove it before physical activities, household chores, swimming, bathing, sunbathing, sauna visits, and sports activities
Warranty Issues & Handling
Warranty issues are handled by the partner from whom the jewelry was purchased. Tadblu partners and retailers inform their customers about the warranty and care instructions. These instructions are included with every order and are always available on our website.
