Tadblu BV cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and carefully deal with the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Webshop Software

WordPress

Our webshop was developed with software from WordPress, we opted for our webhosting for Combell.com. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party. Combell.com has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Combell.com is obliged, on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them, to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Back-ups are regularly made to prevent data loss.

WooCommerce

Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce.

Webhosting

Combell.com

We take out webhosting and email services from Combell.com. Combell.com processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Combell.com has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Combell.com is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.

Email and Mailing Lists

Mailchimp

We send our email newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for your own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent via our website, you will see the unsubscribe link. You will not receive our newsletter anymore. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that make it transparent or open and read e-mails. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of the services and to share information with third parties in this context.

Combell.com

We make use of the services of Combell.com for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. One.com does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment Processors

Mollie

To handle a (part of) the payments in our webshop we use Mollie’s platform. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All of the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the components of Mollie’s services for which they enable third parties. We collect reviews through the WordPress platform. If you leave a review via WordPress you are obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. If you place an order with us it is our job to have your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of FEDEX to carry out the deliveries. DHL

If you place an order with us it is our job to have your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out the deliveries.
